"I have thoroughly enjoyed my training experience at 1-2-1 Trainers since starting last November (with a break through the summer months). I have been working out with Sasa once a week (plus Navy Seals on Saturdays) and working out on my own 3 days a week.
My original goal for seeking out a personal trainer was to maximize my hour workouts, and learn how far I can push myself to achieve a higher level of fitness. Since joining, I have learnt a great deal about what I am capable of achieving when pushed (motivated) and have found the times that I work out on my own are now more structured and have more variety, which in turn has kept me motivated to strive for greater results.
One of the things I like most about the studio is the relaxed yet private atmosphere. I like to focus when I workout, at the same time enjoying a friendly relaxed attitude both of which I find at the studio.
I look forward to more of the group type classes like the Navy Seals Training, as it is a great boredom buster and an amazing workout!
