Running Club, Clinics & Events: What's New
The program is both challenging and rewarding and requires that you become self-motivated and physically fit. The intense physical and mental conditioning required to become a SEAL will push you to your physical and mental limits. You will have daily opportunities to develop and test your stamina and leadership – but through adequate preparation and positive attitude you can meet the challenges with confidence.
